Fine dining establishments appear to be all the rage in Hyderabad at the moment. Voila, a new luxury eating establishment in Jubilee Hills’ Road No. 36, has attracted a lot of attention for its plush furnishings and décor, as well as its unusual fusion menu, mouthwatering food, and cocktails.

The most intriguing aspect of Voila, though, is that you may shop everything in the restaurant that strikes your attention, including silverware, paintings, antiquities, furniture, lights, chandeliers, and the lovely décor that greets you as soon as you walk in. The owners of Voila, Raja Srikar and Kunal Kukreja, give an insight into what went behind this unique concept of Voila after already starting successful pubs in the city like Amnesia and Insomnia.

“Being from the club scene, we wanted to launch Voila to give people a different feel and experience.” At Voila, we’ve had a diverse range of folks, from families to those who enjoy experimenting with food. We were also pleasantly pleased by the large turnout, given that we only began in January,” they explain.

Restaurant Food:

Unlike other restaurants, they have set aside a portion of their menu for vegetarians, such as the ‘Dahi kebab, Aged cheddar dust’ and ‘Tandoori pineapple, Maple glaze.’

“Not only that, but our non-vegetarian dishes like Chicken Chettinad Pasta, Gunpowder glaze, Pulihora and Chicken, and desserts like Tiramisu and Mango Cheesecake have all been huge hits,” says Kunal, who also mentions that their distinctive cocktail mixes are acquired from Mumbai.

Srikar was inspired by the city’s famed Numaish exhibition and decided to open a retail restaurant in Hyderabad where people could eat and shop.

“Every time we go to a restaurant, we all tend of appreciating the cutlery, such as the salt and pepper shakers.” So, if you like something, you have the option to take it home with you at Voila.

Instead of heading to a furniture store, if you’re building a new home, come here for lunch and conclude your furniture buying. Srikar remarked, “The website for the product sale will go up soon.”
