Fortunately you can simply change your Telegram account phone number and keep all of your history/contacts/chats/etc, plus your contact information will automatically change so you won’t have to re-share it with all of your friends. To change your number open Telegram, go to Settings and tap on your name. Tap on your number, then tap on Change Number.
