Create your beautiful sticker pack in Telegram using Figma

Hey 👋 Hope you are doing great as much as you can these terrifying days. Some of my friends asked me to write the steps about how to create Telegram stickers, so I decided to write an article here. I want this tutorial to be as quick & useful as possible, so let’s get into it.

Here I will share a couple of tips & tricks to easily create your beautiful sticker packs in the Telegram application using Figma (this app is awesome for image customization and design. More tutorials on it you can find here)

Note: You won’t need to download any applications like Photoshop etc. to customize your stickers. All applications are running in a web browser.

So, let’s start! 🥳

Step no.1: Go to Figma and create an account (if you don’t have it yet). Then create a new design file.

Step no.2: Go to Settings > Plugins > Manage Plugins and install the following plugin to be able to remove backgrounds from images.

Step no.3: Select the image that you want to make as a sticker. Choose the appropriate size for the Telegram sticker (512×512). If you want to remove the background use the plugin from step no.2. Design your image as you want. Use Ctrl+Alt+K to create a component and download it using the Export button in the right bottom corner.

Step no.4: Go to the Telegram and open the Stickers bot. Use the following commands to add stickers: /newpack, /addsticker, etc. to add, edit, publish, and delete your stickers & sticker packs.
